The Mia Padora Fund is named after Mia Padora, a seal point Siamese cat. After being rescued, Mia was adopted by the Diaz family and brought joy and love to them for nearly seventeen years.

After Mia passed on, the fund was established in her memory, with the hope of enabling other animals to find loving homes.
